The following conduct rules apply to all players across every game category on the 558win platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 558win platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 558win's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the 558win platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall be limited to the aggregate real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
558win shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss, even if 558win has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
558win does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, or disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers may temporarily limit platform access. 558win shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such unavailability, provided reasonable efforts are made to minimise downtime.
558win reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account suspension pending investigation, your real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be held securely. If the investigation concludes without evidence of misconduct, the account will be reinstated and the balance returned. If misconduct is confirmed, 558win may forfeit the balance as required by its licensing obligations or as a direct consequence of breach of these Terms.
558win aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly.
